Architectural Review Committee

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) works under the direction of the Board of Directors. The existence and functions of the ARC are required by the Lakeside Meadows Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. The Declaration was amended (Amendment to Declaration Article VII Section 7 Fences – recorded) in April 2017.
