Timeline
- April 2016 – Association established by Windsor Built Homes, the company that built the twenty-five homes on Brown Street that make up our neighborhood in Weaverville, North Carolina.
- March 2017 – Responsibility for the Association accepted by the neighborhood, Board of Directors elected and officers appointed.
- April 22, 2017 – First Annual Meeting of homeowners held.
